Ahli Microfinance Company participates in Career Day
Under the patronage of Labor Minister Maher Al-Wakid, Ahli Microfinance Company (AMC) participated last Monday in the Career Day held in collaboration with USAID-funded Maharat Internship Program at Sheraton Amman Hotel.
AMC presented to more than 200 participants, mostly fresh graduates, a summary of its operations and activities as the first private sector company to enter the field of microfinancing in Jordan, and AMC delegates answered the questions and inquiries of attendants regarding the company and the job market.
AMC General manager, who attended a part of the event, said that this participation is part of the company's efforts to illustrate the work environment to young people looking for jobs, as well as well as getting to know them and hire some of them. He added that AMC is always keen to support its team with fresh members.
Ahli Microfinance Company is the first private sector company to operate in the microfinance sector; AMC is fully owned by Jordan Ahli Bank since 1999 that offers services through 15 branches in various governorates.
