Ahli Microfinance Company starts training courses for employees.
Ahli Microfinance Company AMC, a subsidiary of the Jordan Ahli Bank, started implementing its training program for employees for the year 2013.
The training program topics include introducing a number of new methods in dealing with clients, communication skills, and time management by identifying strengths and weaknesses as well as prioritizing daily and weekly activities in addition to other related topics
AMC General Manager explained that launching this program comes within the framework of the company’s interest in the development and improvement of employees’ performance in addition to train them and polish their skills; so that they can provide various financial services in a better way, communicate with customers easily and gain knowledge about the latest microfinance techniques and processes.
General Manager added that AMC holds specialized training courses and workshops with a specialized company in management consultancy and training as a monitor for the theoretical and practical training, where the company is keen to implement a training plan and to train all employees in different fields.
General Manager stressed that the company's policy aims at training, developing and promoting employees constantly; in order to develop and increase their knowledge, skills and abilities to be able perform their duties at the highest standards, and thus increase their efficiency and productivity as well as provide the best level of financial services to clients.
It is worth mentioning that AMC operates in microfinance sector since 1999 through its branches network around the Kingdom.
